I want to go to there
On the middle bay door there's a hole to run the car's exhaust out, on the inside of the glass someone has written "mail" with an arrow pointing to the hole. Of course on the outside, and one would assume to the mail carrier, it shows up as liam.
It's empty, a sign on the door says they're out of business because of "no work." I'm already designing what my office will look like there.

Ooooh, yes, I can feel the energy that could be put into a space like that! The windows are fabulous, and all that concrete is just waiting to be torn up the space turned green. The brick building next door also looks like it would provide an excellent view.
I'd be scared of contamination.
But you could leave the "liam" sign.
i think every office needs a hole for liam.
