After the Mittster's speech today, stories like these make me happy that the people at that announcement aren't necessarily a representative sample of Americans and their views on the war.

Yay Urbana! I think that when I lived there, they passed a referendum saying "no" to invading Iraq. But I think they weren't the only ones

What a colossal waste of time and money. Maybe the city of Urbana's next referendum will be to tell the U.S. government to paint its buildings pink with purple polka-dots. The likelyhood of either of the ballot initiatives actually garnering the action desired are equally likely.

The real story here is that Ellen voted. Way to "Rock the Vote" Hartman!
