If supermodel doesn't work out, you always have romance novel writer, eh?
Really, all you need to do is switch out pictures and everyone would be none the wiser. I remember all those Golden Retriever novels you tried writing when you were in 4th grade; those were some real gems.
I would send a cease and desist letter. Make up a law firm and send her one just for laughs.
Oh, please, can you sign my copy of "Wanted Man"? Perhaps you should go to do that in a couple of libraries, you could get some discounts at books and free coffee :)
Anyway, you can always have a similar-but-slightly-different domain name, just as "ellenhartman2.0" or "ellenhartmanxxx".
