The 110 is probably a convenience charge for letting you know that you owe them .60.
that's really funny daniel. i laughed in the library at that.
Oooh, he wrote Topophilia, too. It's a good thing my uncle doesn't charge overdue fines, because I've had his copy of that book for about five years.
Did you know he taught at the University of Minnesota, but not anymore?
