A Case of the Thursdays
This morning, I surprised myself by actually going to class after I had convinced myself that I would get other work done if I didn't go.
Later, after class, I surprised myself by not actually locking up my bike, just wrapping the cable around the light post and not through my bike.
Now I hope to surprise myself by getting some work done, but we'll see.

congratulations! i decided many times in my academic career that i would get more work done by not going to class--i don't think i ever surprised myself by turning around and going.
