What happened to that big, heavy, black, old-fashioned one that you used to have?
No luck at Goodwill? I wonder if the University has any old ones in storage somewhere.
My plan was to try to get one from the University's surplus, but they've changed their rules and grad students can't check things out anymore. The person checking things out has to be staff or faculty thanks to people like curly sue who practically furnished her whole apartment with university surplus items. Now I, who needs a typewriter for her school work can not get one.
Heh heh.
So were you able to procure the aforementioned typewriter? I can hardly bear the suspense.
